Beautiful flowers. Chosen for my daughters as a treat for their Birthdays. Both Birthdays are 26 August. Unfortunately neither bouquets were received on the stated date. Ordered 4 days in advance, usually very good service. Very disappointed this delivery did not happen.
Rang company to enquire what had happened, but the order no was no where to be found. Young lady VERY helpful, also could not find order. So put a new order in for me same price £60.00. Eventually the flowers were delivered. Both parties very pleased with flowers that were eventually delivered in good condition. This is very unusual as in the past I have had very good service from you.

Flowers arrived on date requested, all in good condition, sometimes you can get them with the heads hanging off due to poor handling.

I thought the flower heads were a bit smaller than usual as l have purchased plenty of times before, still delivered on time and looked good also lasted.
