Orange Roses Bouquet

Ordering was prefect as always, really quick and easy to do.
I have been using flowers by post for many years and this is the first time I have experienced any problems. Not with the company but with Royal Mail.
They were late delivering because they sent the flowers to the wrong sorting office, super annoying as they were a birthday gift.
Was worried they were going to turn up dieing or dead, but thankfully they were prefect.

Ordered the orange roses for my Mum, she was absolutely thrilled. Said she had never seen such thick stemmed, large blooms before on delivered flowers. She was so happy. I will definitely use this company again.

Everything was wrong with my last purchase and I shall not be using you again, as a consequence. Firstly, your system listed both the delivery and billing address incorrectly. Your protestations that you use an outside agency to handle these things and that they often get things wrong, is just not good enough. This is not the first time that flowers have been sent by you to an unintended address.
Secondly, I got no response to three emails reporting this.When I managed to speak to someone on the phone (which is not given on your website) the lady in question said that she would override the system to make sure that the flowers were sent to the correct address but later in the day I received an email saying that they were about to be delivered to the wrong address. When I phoned again, the second lady was rude and treated me as if if was my fault not yours!

Easy to order, competitively priced, nice display although 2 heads were detached in the box but flowers looked good when in vase.

These were sent as a gift, I didn't see them, however the recipient was very pleased with them.
